Returning Goods: Please contact us within thirty days with your complaint. Please include the order number. Your return postage costs will also be refunded (see below).
Please note that you must contact us first, or we may not be able to refund your return postage.
If returning goods, please retain proof of posting and use the same postage method (or cheaper) as was used to send the goods in order to get a full refund.
